By submitting this registration you are applying for a DC medical cannabis patient registration with the DC Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration (ABCA). You confirm that:
You are 21 or older (18–20 year olds cannot self-certify and need a healthcare provider's recommendation).
All information you provided is true, accurate, and matches your government ID.
DC residents: your registration needs a DC home address; if your ID doesn't show it, ABCA accepts proof such as a lease, a utility/bank statement (last 2 months), a recent pay stub, voter card, DC vehicle registration, or property deed.
Out-of-state visitors: you are applying for a temporary registration, which requires a government photo ID and a registration fee.
