Cartridge: Royal Medic
THC is the primary cannabinoid responsible for the psychoactive effects associated with cannabis. The amount of THC in a product can vary widely based on the method of consumption and the strain at the source of that product. The high that is produced is often enhanced by the “entourage effect” which is a combination of multiple cannabinoids in conjunction with various terpenes and individual body chemistry.
CBD is the second most prevalent cannabinoid and is primarily produced by hemp plants and at lower amounts in cannabis. CBD has soared in popularity due to its non-psychoactive effects.
Terpenes are aromatic compounds found in cannabis that contribute to each strain's unique flavor and aroma. Total terpenes represents the combined concentration of all terpene compounds detected in the product, which may influence the overall experience through the entourage effect.
Big potency, spice-forward smoothness — Royal Medic comes to play.
The Royal Medic Cartridge from Alt Sol is a sativa-hybrid that doesn't whisper — it shows up. At a heavy-hitting 90.76% THC alongside a notable 43.57% CBD, this cart pairs real horsepower with a rounded, balanced backbone. Twist it onto your battery and you've got a bright, functional daytime companion that lives right in your pocket, ready whenever you are.
Flavor & Aroma:
The first pull is warm and peppery, with caryophyllene leading the charge — think cracked black pepper and a little campfire spice. On the exhale it rolls into something woodier and hoppy, that humulene character drifting in like cedar and dried herbs. Underneath it all, a faint floral note from linalool softens the edges, keeping each draw smooth instead of harsh. It's the kind of taste that quietly invites you back for one more.
How It Feels:
Thanks to that sativa-hybrid lean, this one starts bright — a quick, clear-headed lift that wakes you up and sharpens your focus. From there an easy, loose calm settles into the shoulders while your mind stays switched-on and present, the peppery caryophyllene and touch of linalool keeping the whole ride mellow. It's that comfortable middle ground: alert but unbothered, motivated but not overclocked.
